摘要
目的探析脑梗死伴有吞咽障碍患者采用康复护理干预的价值。方法筛选本院2019年3月~2021年4月收治60例该疾病患者,以随机分配方式将60例患者分成两组,常规组30例应用常规护理干预方式,观察组30例则实施康复护理干预,分析评估两组临床干预效果。结果在护理前,两组SSA评分与ADL评分相比差异并不明显,P>0.05;但予以康复护理措施后,观察组患者SSA评分(22.71±1.35)分明显比常规组低,同时观察组ADL评分(59.11±3.86)分明显比常规组高,组间数值对比差异显著,所得结果为(P<0.05)。结论予以康复护理措施,既能显著改善其吞咽功能,还能提升其平常的生活能力,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To explore the value of rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with cerebral infarction and dysphagia.Methods Screened 60 patients with the disease from March 2019 to April 2021 in our hospital,and divided the 60 patients into two groups by random allocation.30 patients in the routine group were treated with routine nursing intervention,and 30 patients in the observation group were treated with rehabilitation.Nursing intervention,analysis and evaluation of the clinical intervention effects of the two groups.Results Before nursing,the SSA scores of the two groups were not significantly different from the ADL scores,P>0.05;but after rehabilitation care measures were taken,the SSA scores(22.71±1.35)of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the routine group,while observation The ADL score of the group(59.11±3.86)was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,and the numerical comparison between the groups was significantly different.The result was(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing measures can not only significantly improve their swallowing function,but also enhance their normal life ability,and their clinical application value is high.
