摘要
案例教学是提升思想政治理论课教学思想性、理论性和亲和力的重要渠道。2021年正式实施的民法典因与现实生活的密切关联性、鲜明的政治导向、与时俱进的时代特色,为案例教学不断深入探究、实现改革创新提供了新方向。在探究如何将民法典融入高职院校思想政治理论课案例教学过程中,需从民法典融入课程的价值旨归着手,掌握融入的可能性和必要性;通过提取公因式明确案例教学选择内容;在融入过程中做到精准实施,从而充分发挥思想政治理论课的育人功效。
The case teaching mode is an important channel to improve the ideology,theory and affinity of ideological and political theory teaching. The Civil Code,which was officially promulgated and implemented in2021,provides a new direction for the continuous in-depth exploration of the case teaching model and the realization of reform and innovation due to its close relationship with real life,distinct orientation,and the characteristics of advancing with the times. Therefore,it is necessary to start from the value and purpose of integrating the Civil Code into the curriculum,and grasp the possibility and necessity of integration,to clarify the selection content of case teaching by extracting common factors,to have precise implementation during the integration process,so as to give full play to the educational effect of ideological and political theory courses.
