海口产诺丽青果、白果和鲜叶挥发性成分分析

摘要 采用固相微萃取技术结合气相色谱-质谱联用检测方法测定海口产诺丽青果、白果和鲜叶中挥发性成分。从诺丽青果、白果和鲜叶中分别鉴定出30、31和27个化合物,主要涉及醇类、酯类、酸类、醛类、萘类、烷类、含氮化合物、烯烃类和酮类共9类化合物。其中,鉴定出来的醇类成分数量和含量较高,青果、白果和鲜叶中分别为12、9和12个,分别占总相对含量的28.594%、31.335%和44.664%。海口诺丽青果、白果和鲜叶中共有化合物为14个,主要为正辛酸、水杨酸甲酯、反-3-己烯-1醇、芳樟醇、正己酸、壬醛、癸醛等化合物,不同的来源导致其相对含量差异较大,其中正辛酸含量分别为20.817%、10.939%和4.853%,水杨酸甲酯为22.651%、0.759%和6.603%,反-3-己烯-1醇为2.347%、0.568%和21.875%,芳樟醇为1.873%、11.78%和2.965%。由此可见,不同成熟度诺丽鲜果以及鲜叶中挥发性成分的种类和相对含量差异明显。 Solid phase microextraction combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to determine the volatile components in green fruits, white fruits and fresh leaves of Morinda citrifolia L. produced in Haikou. 30, 31 and 27compounds were identified from green fruits, white fruits and fresh leaves of M. citrifolia, mainly involving 9 compounds:alcohols, esters, acids, aldehydes, naphthalene, alkanes, nitrogen-containing compounds, olefins and ketones. Among them, the number and content of alcohol components identified were the highest. There were 12, 9 and 12 alcohol components in green fruits, white fruits and fresh leaves, respectively, accounting for 28.594%, 31.335% and 44.664% of the total relative contents,respectively. There were 14 compounds simultaneously in green fruits, white fruits and fresh leaves, mainly including octanoic acid, methyl salicylate, 3-Hexen-1-ol,(E)-, linalool, hexanoic acid, nonanal and decanal. Different sources lead to great differences in their relative contents. The contents of octanoic acid were 20.817%, 10.939% and 4.853%, methyl salicylate were 22.651%, 0.759% and 6.603%, 3-Hexen-1-ol,(E)-were 2.347%, 0.568% and 21.875%, and linalool were 1.873% 11.78% and 2.965% in green fruits, white fruits and fresh leaves, respectively. It could be seen that the types and relative contents of volatile components in fresh fruits with different maturity and fresh leaves of in M. citrifolia were significantly different.
