含氟药物因其优异的生物活性和生物体适应性,具有用量少、药效高、毒性低、代谢能力强等一系列特点。本文概述了氟元素在药物中的作用、含氟药物的种类和应用范围。
Due to their excellent biological activity and biological adaptability,fluorine-containing drugs have a series of characteristics such as low dosage,high efficacy,low toxicity and strong metabolism.This article summarizes the role of fluorine in drugs,the types and applications of fluorine-containing drugs.
