摘要
测定了某矿区矿石样品中铜的含量在0.005%~6.00%。样品经盐酸、硝酸溶解后,在pH 8.0~9.0的电解质溶液中,以亚硫酸钠除氧,聚乙烯醇作为极大抑制剂,使用JP-303示波极谱仪测定矿石中铜量。对方法中各种条件和干扰因素进行了探究,并对测定结果的准确性进行了实验。该方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.64%~3.45%,样品加标回收率在98.5%~101.7%。与原子吸收光谱法进行比对,测定结果一致。
This paper is used for the determination of copper quantity of 0.005%~6.00%,the ore in a mining area.After the sample is dissolved by hydrochloric acid and acid,sodium sulfite is deoxidized in pH 8.0~9.0 support electrolyte solution,and polyvinyl alcohol is used as a maximum inhibitor.The JP-303 spectrometer was used to measure copper in the ore,various conditions and interference factors in the method were studied,and the accuracy of the measurement results was tested.As long as the use of mercury is safe,the relative standard deviation(RSD)of the method is between 0.64%~3.54%,adding standard recovery is between 98.5%~101.7%respectivily.The measurement results are consistent with atomic absorption spectroscopy.
