Determination of Antimony Content in Tantalum Iron Concentrates and Niobium Iron Concentates by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

摘要 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定钽铁、铌铁精矿中锑含量,对仪器工作条件、样品制备、同位素的选择、质谱干扰、基体效应、精密度、加标回收、方法对照等进行了较为系统的研究,结果表明,该方法精密度及准确度均好,适用于钽铁、铌铁精矿中0. 000 3%~1. 20%锑的测定。 Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was used to determine the content of antimony in tantalum iron concentrates and niobium iron concentrates. The working conditions,sample preparation,isotope selection,mass spectrometry interference,matrix effect,precision,addition standard recovery and method comparison were carried out. The results shows that the method has good precision and accuracy,and is suitable for the determination of 0. 000 3%~ 1. 20% antimony in tantalum iron concentrates and niobium iron concentrates.
