摘要
介绍了玻璃模具对材料的要求,针对500 mL小口压吹法啤酒瓶模具铸件的原生产工艺存在的石墨形态不合格问题进行了分析,并从冷铁砂芯板厚度、孕育处理工艺、孕育剂选择及出炉温度等方面进行试验改进,结果表明:采用VI-370孕育剂进行倒包孕育处理,获得的铸件组织均匀性明显提高,基体组织中的碳化物和珠光体体积分数显著降低;加厚冷铁砂芯板厚度,提高铁液的过冷度,使模具在快冷条件下凝固,促进D型石墨的形成,从而保证玻璃模具有良好的抗热疲劳性、抗高温氧化性以及导热性能。
The requirements of the glass mold for material were introduced.The problem of unqualified graphite forms in the original 500 mL small port pressure blowing beer bottle mold casting process were analyzed.Improvements were made from the thickness of cold iron sand core plate,inoculation treatment process,selection of inoculant and furnace temperature through experiments.The results showed that:by using VI-370 as ladle to ladle inoculation,the uniformity of the casting structure was obviously improved.The carbide and pearlite volume fractions in the matrix structure were significantly reduced.Increasing the thickness of cold iron sand core plate,improving the subcooling degree of the molten iron,making the mold solidify under fast cooling conditions,and promoting the formation of D-type graphite could ensure good thermal fatigue resistance,high temperature oxidation resistance and thermal conductivity of the glass mold.
