摘要
针对地方高校的独特性和地方高校毕业生就业质量影响因素的复杂性,选取学生、学校、企业、家庭和政府五方主体的20个影响因素,构建地方高校毕业生就业质量评价指标体系。运用G1-DEMATEL法对影响因素进行机理分析,通过影响度、被影响度、中心度和原因度剖析各影响因素间的因果属性和影响程度。结果表明,学生的就业观念和就业态度、家庭的教育是影响就业质量的直接因素;政府的市场监督和法律体系、企业的学习培训则需要通过其他推力作用才能影响就业质量。政府、企业、家庭、学校、个人是影响就业质量形成的不同层面的行为主体,各主体应统一目标、密切协作、形成合力,从而全面提升毕业生就业质量。
In view of the uniqueness of local colleges and the complexity of the factors affecting the employment quality of local college graduates,20 influencing factors are selected from the five main parties,i.e.students,schools,enterprises,families and the government,to build an evaluation index system for the employment quality of local college graduates.The G1-DEMATEL method is used to analyze the mechanism of the influencing factors,and the causal attribute and influence degrees among the influencing factors are analyzed by influencing degree,affected degree,centrality and cause degree.The results show that students'employment concept and attitude,family education are the direct factors affecting the quality of employment;the government's market supervision and legal system,as well as the learning and training of enterprises,can only affect the quality of employment through other driving forces.Therefore,the government,enterprises,families,schools and individuals are the actors at different levels that affect the formation of employment quality.All actors should unify their goals,cooperate closely and form a joint force to comprehensively improve the employment quality of graduates.
