摘要
目的分析正畸与修复联合治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者的临床效果。方法2020年6月—2021年6月选取南京中医药大学附属苏州市中医医院收治的60例牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者为研究对象,随机分为修复组与复合组,每组30例。其中修复组采用修复治疗,复合组采用正畸与修复联合治疗。对比两组治疗优良率、牙齿恢复情况、并发症发生率、治疗满意度。结果复合组患者优良率96.67%高于修复组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P=0.030);治疗后,复合组患者咬合力(154.49±14.20)N与咀嚼效率(92.30±10.80)%均优于修复组的(121.53±14.19)N、(80.79±10.68)%,差异有统计学意义(t=8.993、4.151,P<0.05);复合组并发症发生率为3.33%,明显低于修复组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.705,P=0.030);复合组患者治疗满意度为100.00%,高于修复组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.630,P=0.031)。结论牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形经正畸结合修复治疗效果显著,可以提升患者治疗优良率,减少并发症概率,是一种理想治疗方式,可以在医学上推荐和发展。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of combined orthodontic and prosthetic treatment for patients with dentition defect and dentofacial deformity.Methods A total of 60 patients with dentition defect and dentofacial deformity treated in Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Affiliated to Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a repair group and a composite group,30 patients in each group.The repair group was treated with repair,and the composite group was treated with orthodontic and repair.The excellent and good rate of treatment,dental recovery,complication rate,and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of the composite group was 96.67%higher than that of the repair group 73.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P=0.030);after treatment,the occlusal force(154.49±14.20)N and masticatory efficiency(92.30±10.80)%of the composite group were better than those of the repair group(121.53±14.19)N and(80.79±10.68)%,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.993,4.151,P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the composite group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than that in the repair group 26.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.705,P=0.030);the treatment satisfaction of the composite group was 100.00%,which was higher than that of the repair group 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.630,P=0.031).Conclusion The treatment effect of orthodontic combined with restoration of dentition defect and dentition deformity is significant,which can improve the excellent rate of treatment and reduce the probability of complications,which is an ideal treatment modality that can be recommended and developed medically.
