摘要
目的:探讨新型可吸收空心螺钉和不可吸收缝线张力带固定联合治疗髌骨横行骨折患者的效果及对临床指标的影响。方法:选取2018年9月-2020年6月佳木斯市中心医院收治的82例髌骨横行骨折患者,根据双色球法将其为对照组和研究组,每组41例。对照组行传统改良张力带治疗,研究组给予新型可吸收空心螺钉和不可吸收缝线张力带固定联合方案治疗。比较两组临床指标、膝关节功能恢复情况、并发症发生情况,比较两组术前及术后3个月的国际膝关节文献委员会(IKDC)评分和Lysholm膝关节评分。结果:与对照组相比,研究组恢复活动时间、住院时间及骨折愈合时间均更短,住院费用更少(P<0.05)。与对照组的70.73%相比,研究组的优良率为95.12%更高(P<0.05)。术后3个月,两组IKDC、Lysholm评分均高于术前,且与对照组相比,研究组均更高(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:新型可吸收空心螺钉和不可吸收缝线张力带固定联合治疗,可改善髌骨横行骨折患者的临床指标,膝关节功能恢复良好。
Objective:To investigate the effect of new absorbable cannulated screw and non absorbable suture tension band fixation in the treatment of transverse patellar fracture and its influence on clinical indexes.Method:A total of 82 patients with transverse patellar fracture admitted to Jiamusi Central Hospital from September 2018 to June 2020 were selected,they were divided into the control group and the study group according to the bicolor ball method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional modified tension band,and the study group was treated with new absorbable cannulated screw and non absorbable suture tension band fixation.The clinical indicators,knee function recovery,complication occurrence were compared between two groups,IKDC scores and Lysholm knee scores before and 3 months after surgery were compared between two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the study group had shorter recovery time,hospitalization time and fracture healing time,and lower hospitalization costs(P<0.05).Compared with 70.73%of the control group,the excellent and good rate of the study group was 95.12%higher(P<0.05).3 months after operation,the IKDC and Lysholm scores of the two groups were higher than those before operation,and the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The new absorbable cannulated screw and non absorbable suture tension band fixation can improve the clinical indexes of patients with transverse patellar fracture,and the knee joint function recovers well.
