摘要
骨癌痛是一种难治性疼痛形式,包括原发性及转移性骨肿瘤引起的疼痛,在晚期恶性肿瘤患者中发病率较高。花宝金教授认为骨癌痛的发生是整体与局部病理变化共同作用的结果,整体多虚,局部多实,虚实夹杂。治疗中贯彻整体与局部互参的原则,整体辨证论治为主,其中以扶正益气为核心;局部以辨病为先,多以活血消癥止痛为基础大法,并根据疼痛的典型特点和影像学特征辨证,灵活加减;喜用消癥止痛力量比较强的药物,效专力宏,直达病所。
Bone cancer pain is a refractory form of pain, including pain caused by primary and metastatic bone tumors,with a high incidence in patients with advanced malignant tumors. Professor HUA Bao-jin believes that the occurrence of bone cancer pain is the result of the joint action of the whole and local pathological changes. The whole is more deficiency, and the local is more excess, and the deficiency and excess are mixed. In the treatment, the whole and the local are referred to each other,and the whole treatment is mainly based on syndrome differentiation, in which the core is strengthening and supplementing qi.Locally, disease differentiation is the first method, and most of them are based on promoting blood circulation to relieve pain,and according to the typical characteristics of pain and imaging, flexible addition and reduction are applied. He likes to use more powerful drugs to remove blood stasis and relieve pain, which can directly reach the local lesions and have good effects.
