摘要
目的探讨军队医院心胸外科专科护士培训方案改进需求,为护理管理者完善军队心胸外科专科护士培训体系提供依据。方法采用目的抽样法选取某军队医院心胸外科10名医护人员进行个人面对面半结构式深度访谈,运用主题分析法对访谈资料进行整理分析。结果提炼出军队医院心胸外科专科护士培训方案改进需求包含3个方面:学员与师资的选拔标准应提高;培养过程应融入军事特色;教学模式及考核方式应多元化。结论护理管理者与护理教育者应关注军队心胸外科专科护士的培训现状,通过相关访谈研究结果,建立行之有效的教学体系,不断提高专科护士的核心能力,满足专科护理需求,提升护理质量。
Objective To investigate the demands of training improvement of professional nurses in cardiothoracic surgery in military hospitals,so as to provide solid evidence for nursing managers and educators to improve the training system of professional nurses.Methods 10 medical personnel from the cardiothoracic surgery were selected to have face-to-face semi-structured in-depth interviews by using objective sampling method.Then,thematic analysis was used to analyze the data obtained from interviews.Results The demands of training improvement of professional nurses in cardiothoracic surgery obtained from interviews included the following 3 aspects:the selection standards of cadets and teachers should be elevated;the training process should be integrated with military characteristics;and the teaching mode and assessment methods should be diversified.Conclusion Nursing managers and nursing educators should pay close attention to the current situation on the training of professional nurses in cardiothoracic surgery in military hospitals.Based on relevant interviews and subsequent research results,an effective teaching system should be established,the core competence of professional nurses should be constantly improved,so that professional nursing demands could be satisfied,nursing quality be improved and the health of patients be promoted.
