超声碱提-PT-GC-AFS法测定土壤和沉积物中烷基汞

Ultrasonic alkali extraction-determination of alkyl mercury in soils and sediments by purge and trap/gas chromatography-atomic fluorescence spectrometry

摘要 采用吹扫捕集/气相色谱-冷原子荧光光谱法,结合超声碱性法提取前处理技术,建立超声碱提-吹扫捕集/气相色谱-冷原子荧光光谱法(PT-GC-AFS)测定土壤和沉积物中烷基汞(甲基汞和乙基汞)。并比较该文提出的超声碱提和使用率较高的碱性消解、酸性消解法前处理方式的提取效果,考查该方法的各项性能参数。甲基汞和乙基汞方法检出限分别为0.13μg/kg和0.09μg/kg,不同浓度土壤和沉积物样品平行测定的精密度范围为1.23%~8.47%,实际样品的加标回收率范围为92.2%~106%;土壤标准参考物质SQC977-20G和沉积物标准参考物质ERM-CC580的测定结果均在标准值允许误差范围内,相对误差为0.4%~4.9%。结果表明,超声碱提-PT-GC-AFS法可准确、快速测定土壤和沉积物中烷基汞,为土壤和沉积物中汞的形态分析提供高效、有力的技术支撑。 A method for the determination of alkyl mercury(methyl mercury and ethyl mercury) in soils and sediments by purge and trap/gas chromatography coupled with atomic fluorescence spectrometry(PT-GCAFS) was established by using ultrasonic alkaline extraction. The extraction effects between ultrasonic alkaline extraction and alkaline digestion, acid digestion method were compared. The performance parameters of the method were examined. The method detection limit of methyl mercury and ethyl mercury were 0.13 μg/kg and0.09 μg/kg, respectively. The relative standard deviation(RSD) of soils and sediments with different concentrations was 1.23%-8.47%. The recoveries of actual samples was 92.2%-106%. The results of standard reference substance SQC977-20G and ERM-CC580 were within the allowable error range of standard values,with relative errors ranging from 0.4% to 4.9%. The results showed that ultrasonic alkaline extraction-PT-GCAFS method can accurately and quickly determine alkyl mercury in soils and sediments, which can provide powerful technical support for alkyl mercury.
