摘要
本文建立了利用超声波辅助硫酸硝酸浸提、气相色谱法分析固体废物样品中烷基汞的分析方法。该方法通过H2SO4-HNO3浸提液超声提取固体废物30min,浸提液浓缩后在气相色谱仪上采用选择离子检测方式,以保留时间定性,外标法定量对固体废物中的烷基汞进行检测。实验结果表明,甲基汞和乙基汞的检出限分别为0.10和0.20μg·kg-1,样品加标回收率分别为95%和85%,相对标准偏差分别为1.34%~3.02%和0.984%~2.41%,可用于固体废物样品中烷基汞的检测分析。
A new method was developed for determine allylmercury in solid wastes by GC.To use selected ion monitoring mode.Qualitative by save time and quantitative by external standard method it can determine the alkylmercury.The experimental results showed that the detection limit of Methyl mercury and ethyl mercury were0.10 and 0.20μg·kg-1,the recovery rate were 95%and 85%and the relative standard deviation were 1.34%~3.02%and 0.984%~2.41%.The method can be used for determination of alkylmercury in solid wastes.
