应对特高压换流站紧急故障的工程应急联动抢修研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高特高压换流站紧急故障的工程应急联动管理能力和故障处置水平,研究特高压换流站紧急故障的工程应急联动抢修模式。从作业环节、联动主体等方面分析换流站紧急故障的工程应急联动抢修的总体框架,针对一般以下事件、一般事件和较大及以上事件等不同故障场景,分析相应的工程应急联动抢修策略。分析结果表明,一般以下事件、一般事件和较大及以上事件等不同故障场景匹配不同的工程应急联动抢修策略,可以保特高压换流站紧急故障的工程应急联动抢修作业的顺利开展。 In order to improve the ability of engineering emergency linkage management and fault disposal level of UHV converter station emergency failure,this paper studies the engineering emergency linkage repair mode of UHV converter station emergency failure.It analyzes the overall framework of engineering emergency linkage repair of converter station emergency fault from the aspects of operation link and linkage subject,and analyzes the corresponding engineering emergency linkage repair strategies for different fault scenarios,such as general events,general events and large and above events.The analysis results show that generally the following events,general events and large and above events are different fault fields.The matching of different engineering emergency linkage repair strategies can ensure the smooth development of the engineering emergency linkage repair operation of UHV converter station.
