摘要
本文介绍了核电建设中调试阶段经验反馈组织实际问题和难点问题,提出了核电调试经验反馈的组织逻辑,阐述了核电经验反馈池的建立方法,对其中的适用性评价原则、经验反馈行动制定方法进行了重点分析,通过全面的组织方式,以实现调试经验反馈工作管控的针对性和有效性,并展示了案例成果。
This paper introduces the practical and difficult problems of the experience feedback organization in the commissioning stage of nuclear power construction, puts forward the organizational logic of the experience feedback, emphatically expounds the establishment method of the nuclear power empirical feedback pool, and emphatically analyzes the applicability evaluation principles and the experience feedback action formulation method through a comprehensive organization mode, to realize the pertinence and effectiveness of commissioning experience feedback and work control, and show the case results.
