摘要
介绍了国内核电站工程建设阶段腐蚀管理现状及其存在的问题。通过结合我国核电站建设特点,针对性的提出了适用于我国核电站工程建设阶段腐蚀管理的相关建议,包括建立工程防腐大纲,确定定量化或半定量化腐蚀管理分级原则,强化腐蚀专业技术人员的培养等建议。另还应注重设计审查、建造质量管控、设备部件及防护、状态监检测、移交接产及调试消缺等过程,以避免重大腐蚀问题。
The present situation and existing problems of corrosion management in domestic nuclear power plant engineering construction stage are introduced.Based on the construction characteristics of nuclear power plants in China,the relevant suggestions applicable to the corrosion management in the construction stage of nuclear power plants in China are put forward,including the establishment of an engineering corrosion prevention program,the determination of quantitative or semi quantitative corrosion management classification principles,and the strengthening of the training of corrosion professionals.In addition,attention should be paid to design review,construction quality control,equipment components and protection,status monitoring and detection,handover and handover,commissioning and defect elimination to avoid major corrosion problems.
