摘要
核电厂关键与敏感设备的管理是核电设备可靠性管理的重点和难点。开发一套精益化设备失效分析方法的国产化智能软件,作为项目的研究目标。基于对设备失效系统化分析方法和支撑分析方法数据体系研究,并依托清华大学DWF低代码开发平台,完成核电厂关键与敏感设备智慧管理平台的建设。设备失效系统化分析方法是一种精益化的创新管理方法,其主要做法是先将设备零部件进行全范围最小化拆解,再以FMECA为技术基础,延伸应用在功能设备组、型号设备零部件对机组高功率运行的失效影响分析,通过对失效机理研究,实现失效预警和故障定位智能化应用。数据体系研究是对数据架构、数据关系、共性与个性数据、业务标准库的研究。基于国产化低代码开发工具、工业时序数据库技术以及设备失效机理分析成果,以失效机理模型为主,并结合数据驱动分析,开发国产化的智慧管理软件。设备零部件最小化拆解与智能在线失效监测为特征的精益化管理方法,在行业内为首创,本平台为复杂的、精益化设备分析提供了标准化、高效的工具,同时对于企业开发高质量的行业数据资产,以及企业数字化转型,具有推广应用价值。
The management of critical and sensitive equipment in nuclear power plant is the key and difficult point of nuclear power plant reliability management. It is the research goal of intelligent management platform for critical and sensitive equipment in nuclear power plant to develop a set of domestic intelligent software based on lean equipment failure analysis method. The intelligent management platform for critical and sensitive equipment of nuclear power plant is developed by using advanced domestic information system through the systematic analysis of equipment failure and data system research of support analysis method. Equipment failure systematic analysis method is a lean innovative management method. The main method is to minimize the full range of disassembly of equipment parts first, and then extend the application of FMECA on the basis of technology to the functional equipment group, minimize the failure effect of disassembled parts on the high power operation of the unit, realize the study of failure mechanism, and realize intelligent application in failure warning and fault location. Data system research is the research of data architecture, data relationship, common and individual data, and nuclear industry standard library. Based on the low code development tools, industrial time series database technology and equipment failure mechanism analysis results, the home-made software of intelligent management is developed by using failure mechanism model and data-driven analysis technology. To minimize equipment parts apart and the feature of intelligent on-line failure monitoring for the lean management in the industry for the first, the platform software research and development for complex, lean equipment analysis provides a standardized and efficient tool, but also for enterprises to develop the high quality of industry data assets, is the typical application of the digital transformation, in the nuclear power enterprises has popularization and application value.
