摘要
将FMECA和FTA综合方法引入到风电场设备故障管理中,在剖析风电场设备结构、功能的基础上,利用FMECA分析风电场设备的故障模式、故障原因、故障影响及危害性,利用故障树分析方法,对高固有风险的故障进行定性、定量分析,指导工作人员制定风电场设备预防性维修决策。
The FMECA and FTA theory methods are introduced to realize comprehensive fault man- agement of wind farm equipment. Based on the fundamental analysis of wind turbine structure and func- tion, firstly FMECA is utilized to perform failure analyses such as the fault model, fault reason, effect and criticality analysis and so on. FTA is used to carry out the qualitative and quantitative analyses of the high-risk faults, which guide maintenance decision making of wind farm equipment.
