摘要
研究生教育属于国家最高层次的教育,肩负着培养高质量人才的重任。努力提升我国研究生的创新和职业发展能力对于提高人才培养质量,促进社会的创新和快速发展、培养国家急需的人才具有非常重要的意义。本文结合有关高校的具体情况,分析了现存的问题,提出了研究生创新和职业发展能力培养的具体措施。
Graduate education belongs to the highest level of national education and shoulders the responsibility of cultivating high-quality talents.It is of great significance to improve the innovation and career development ability of postgraduates in China for improving the quality of talent training,promoting the innovation and rapid development of society,and cultivating talents urgently needed by the country.According to the specific situation of relevant universities,this paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward the specific measures to cultivate the ability of innovation and career development of postgraduates.
