摘要
目的 分析风险防范式管理(RPM)在妇科围手术期护理管理中的应用价值。方法 选取2017年2月—2020年1月于南阳市中心医院接受手术治疗的82例妇科疾病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组41例。对照组患者围手术期采用常规护理干预,观察组患者围手术期采用RPM护理干预,比较2组患者护理质量评分、护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果 2组患者干预前护理文书书写、护理服务态度、护理操作技能、综合评估评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者干预后护理文书书写、护理服务态度、护理操作技能、综合评估评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为95.12%(39/41),高于对照组的68.29%(28/41),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.873,P=0.002)。2组患者并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.513,P=0.474)。结论 RPM有助于提升妇科围手术期护理管理质量和患者护理满意度,降低并发症发生风险,在临床上具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To analyze the application of risk prevention management(RPM) in gynecological perioperative nursing management. Methods Eighty-two patients with gynecological diseases who received surgical treatment in Nanyang Central Hospital from February 2017 to January 2020 were selected and assigned to the observation group and control group by random number table, with 41 cases in each group. The routine nursing intervention was adopted in the perioperative period in the control group, and RPM nursing intervention was adopted in the perioperative period in the observation group. The nursing quality score, nursing satisfaction, and complications were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in nursing document writing, nursing service attitude, operation skills, and comprehensive evaluation scores before intervention between the two groups(P>0.05). The nursing document writing, nursing service attitude, operation skills, and comprehensive evaluation scores after intervention in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 95.12%(39/41), which was significantly higher than that in the control group 68.29%(28/41, χ^(2)=9.873, P=0.002). There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of complications between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.513, P=0.474). Conclusion RPM is conducive to improving the quality of gynecological perioperative nursing management and patient satisfaction and reducing the risk of complications, which holds much promise for application clinically.
