适应厂用电运行方式改变的电源快速切换系统研究

摘要 针对“现有6kV厂用电快速切换装置只能在6kV厂用段与公用段独立分段运行的方式下进行工作电源与联络电源的快速切换,当根据厂用电经济性要求需要减少使用电网电量切换至厂用段带公用段运行方式时,无厂用电安全快速切换装置,影响6kV厂用、公用系统运行的可靠性,危及系统设备安全,需要加装第二套快速切换装置,需要增加设备屏柜,敷设大量新电缆,增加物资及人工成本”问题,研究应用一种可同时满足厂用段带公用段运行和厂用段与公用段独立运行2种方式下的电源快速切换装置及方法。 Directed against "The existing 6 kV auxiliary power quickly switch device can only be 6 kV factory with common segment by segment independent section running work under way quickly switch power supply and communication power supply, when according to the request of auxiliary power economy need to reduce the use grid power switch to the factory with operation mode, with public paragraphs without auxiliary power switching device safely and quickly, affect the reliability of 6 kV factory and public system operation, endanger the safety of system equipment, need to install a second set of fast switching device, need to add equipment screen cabinet, lay a large number of new cables, increase material and labor costs " problem, a fast switching device and method for power supply which can meet the requirements of both the operation of factory segment with common segment and the independent operation of factory segment and common segment are studied and applied.
