摘要 线上线下相结合的混合式研修有其必要性,并将成为一种常态。以初中道德与法治学科的一次主题研修为例,阐述线上线下混合式研修的实施策略:准在主题,增强针对性;巧在设计,提高融合度;赢在合作,增强实效性;成在跟踪,提高执行力;贵在坚持,增强凝聚力。 Online and offline hybrid training is necessary and will become a norm.Taking a thematic training in the discipline of ethics and rule of law in junior high schools as an example,this paper expounds the implementation strategies of online and offline hybrid training:Focus on the theme to enhance the pertinence;ingeniously design to improve the degree of integration;win in cooperation to foster effectiveness;succeed in tracking to promote execution power;rely on persistence to enhance cohesion.
