整合式教学在《中西医结合儿科》教学中的应用初探

摘要 近年来,由于社会的发展和科技的进步,医学在新的时期由传统医学模式转变为生物-心理-社会医学模式。医学模式的转变对医学人才培养提出了更高的要求,传统的教学模式已不能满足社会对医学生综合素质培养要求。整合式教学不仅重视培养学生自主学习能力,而且更加注重不同课程知识体系之间的联系和拓展,有利于强化相关课程对学生临床思辨能力的培养。本文从医学改革思考医学人才培养模式改革,将整合式教学运用于《中西医结合儿科学》课程中,通过优化教师配置、丰富教学方式、更新教材及多种教学工具等方面,不断激发本专业学生学习兴趣、提高自主学习能力,拓展疾病相关知识,为新时代中西医结合儿科人才培养方案提供一定理论依据。 Integrated teaching can strengthen the cultivation of students’clinical critical thinking ability since it was not only training the students’clinical critical thinking ability but also intensify the connection and expansion for different curriculum knowledge systems.In this paper,the reform of medical personnel training mode was considered to integrate teaching in the course of Pediatrics of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.Through optimizing the allocation of teachers,enriching teaching methods,updating teaching materials and variety of teaching tools,students’interest was continuously stimulated,their autonomous learning ability was improved,and the knowledge related to diseases was expanded,which provides a theoretical basis for the training scheme of pediatric talents of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the new era.
