摘要
中国式摔跤是我国一项古老的民族体育运动项目,具有很强的技巧性和格斗性。目前,国内有专门的中国式摔跤赛事活动,并且对世界上其他国家也产生了非常深远的影响。中国式摔跤运动在警察院校实战训练中的应用,既有利于丰富实践教学课程体系的内容,也有助于提升实战训练教学的质量和效果。
Chinese wrestling is an ancient national sport,which has strong skills and combat.At present,there are special Chinese wrestling events in China,and it has also had a very far-reaching impact on other countries in the world.The application of Chinese wrestling in the actual combat training in police colleges is not only beneficial to enrich the content of the practical teaching curriculum system,but also to improve the quality and effect of actual combat training teaching.This article summarizes the basic content of Chinese wrestling,analyzes its application effect in the actual combat training,and finally proposes the application measures of Chinese wrestling in the actual combat training of police colleges.
