摘要
针对桥面铺装层须与桥梁结构紧密结合并共同受力的问题,提出了考虑桥面铺装层协同空心板受力的预应力混凝土空心板梁抗弯承载力计算方法。基于平截面假定,对桥面铺装层共同参与受力的先张法预应力混凝土空心板进行了分类,推演了适筋梁抗弯承载力计算公式,分析了是否考虑桥面铺装协同空心板受力对空心板梁力学参数的影响,并在实际桥梁工程对含有桥面铺装层的先张法预应力混凝土空心板梁进行抗弯承载力试验。研究结果表明:提出的承载力理论公式计算结果与试验结果吻合较好;带铺装层的预应力混凝土空心板满足平截面假定,铺装层和空心板之间连接紧密未出现脱落和界面滑移,破坏形态为适筋破坏;考虑铺装层与空心板梁协同的作用后,预应力混凝土空心板的中和轴位置上升,抗弯承载力较不考虑铺装层的空心板普遍提高10%以上。
This paper investigates the calculation method for the flexural capacity of reinforced concrete hollow slab beams with synergy force of pavement structure and hollow slab,aiming at the problem of tight coupling and synergy force between the bridge pavement and bridge structure.Based on the plane crosssection assumption,prestressed reinforced concrete hollow slab by pre-tensioning method participating in synergy force with bridge pavement is classified and the calculation method of flexural capacity of underreinforced beam is derived.The synergy of the pavement and the hollow slab on the mechanical performance influences of the reinforced concrete hollow slab beam are analyzed.The flexural bearing capacity test of prestressed concrete hollow slab beam with deck pavement is carried out in real bridge project.The research results show that the calculation results of the theoretical formula of bearing capacity are in good agreement with the experimental results;the plane stress assumption can be applied in the hollow slab beam with pavement structure,the connection between the pavement structure and the beam is compact without falling out and interface slippery.It is in under-reinforced failure.If the synergy of pavement structure is considered,the neutral axis of prestressed concrete hollow slab will go up,the flexural capacity will increase at least 10%,compared with that of the hollow slab without pavement layer.
