摘要
为了研究服役多年的预应力空心板实际的受力性能和承载能力,对从一座已运营15年的预应力混凝土空心板桥上拆除下来的单片空心板进行单梁加载试验。采用分级加载的方式进行静载试验,逐级增加荷载,直至受拉区混凝土开裂,桥梁破损。对该空心板在各级试验荷载下的应力、挠度历程和裂缝发展的全过程进行观测和分析;同时使用有限元软件进行理论计算,并将实测值与理论值进行对比分析。研究结果表明:空心板抗裂性不能满足正常使用极限状态要求,空心板实际承载力小于设计承载力,各截面承载力不均衡,在加载过程中沿梁长方向各截面刚度变化不均匀,但在破损阶段却表现出了较好的延性特征。
In order to study the actual stress performance and bearing capacity of prestressed hollow slabs that have been in service for many years,the single beam loading test was performed on a single piece of hollow slab removed from a prestressed concrete hollow slab bridge that has been in operation for 15 years.The static load test was carried out in a stepwise loading mode,and the load was increased step by step until the concrete in the tension zone cracked and the bridge broke.The whole process of stress,deflection history and crack development of the hollow slab under various test loads were observed and analyzed.Meanwhile,the finite element software was used for theoretical calculation,and the measured values was compared with the theoretical values.The research results show that the crack resistance of the hollow slab can not meet the requirements of the serviceability limit state;the actual bearing capacity of the hollow slab is smaller than the designed bearing capacity;the bearing capacity of each section is uneven,and the rigidity of each section varies unevenly along the length of the beam during the loading process,but it shows good ductility during the damage stage.
