摘要
爆炸案件严重危害公共安全和社会稳定,对公民的生命财产安全构成严重威胁。烟火药配方简单,原料廉价易得,是我国涉爆案件中自制爆炸物的主要来源之一。通过对烟火药及其爆炸残留物的检验分析,可为爆炸案件的侦破提供线索和方向,为法庭诉讼提供关键证据。本文对烟火药及其爆炸残留物的检验技术进行了综述,讨论了不同检验技术的优缺点以及实际案件中应用的互补性,并对技术发展趋势进行了展望,总结出烟火药及其爆炸残留物的实验室检验流程图,旨在为我国从事相关理论研究和实践工作的同行提供借鉴和参考。
The explosion cases seriously endanger public security and social stability,and pose great threat to people’s life and property.Because of simple formula and available raw materials,pyrotechnic is one of the main sources of homemade explosives in bombing cases in China.The analysis of pyrotechnic and post-blast residue can provide clues and directions for the detection of bombing cases and provide key evidence for court proceedings.This paper reviews the forensic analytical methods of pyrotechnic and post-blast residue in recent years,discusses the advantages and disadvantages of different analytical techniques and the complementarity of their applications in practical cases,and prospects the development trend of analytical technology.In this paper,the standardized flow chart of pyrotechnic and post-blast residue analysis is also summarized,which can provide reference for counterparts engaged in relevant theoretical research and practice work.
