摘要
目的建立药用卤化丁基橡胶塞中可提取硫的检测方法。方法以微波萃取的方式对样品进行前处理,采用高效液相色谱法,以Agilent XDB-C18为色谱柱,甲醇-水(95∶5)为流动相,流速:1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长:264nm。结果硫的检测线性范围为1~10μg·mL^-1(r=0.999 6);平均回收率为95.2%,RSD=2.3%(n=9)。结论该方法经方法学验证,可用于考察药用卤化丁基橡胶塞中可提取硫的含量。
Objective To establish a method for determining sulphur extracted from the medicinal halogenated butyl rubber.Methods The samples were preprocessed by microwave extraction.The column Agilent XDB-C18 was used for HPLC.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(95∶5).The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^-1.The detection wavelength was 264 nm.Results The linearity range for extracted sulphur was from 1to 10μg·mL^-1(r=0.999 6).The average recovery assay was 95.2%,and the RSD was 2.3%(n=9).Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate,and can be used to determine sulphur extracted from the medicinal halogenated butyl rubber.
