摘要
采用熔融法制备了不溶性硫磺样品,并与进口产品HD OT20进行比较分析。采用X射线衍射(XRD)及差热扫描(DSC)技术表征了不溶性硫磺样品的结构和热分解过程。结果发现,不溶性硫磺的结构主要以S_(w1)纤维型和S_(w2)胶合板型晶型结构为主,且多以两种结构混合存在。以Sw2胶合板型结构为主的不溶性硫磺样品有较高的熔融峰温和较高的热稳定性。通过提高样品中S_(w2)胶合板结构的比例,可以增强不溶性硫磺样品的热稳定性。
Insoluble sulfur samples were prepared and compared with imported HD OT20 product.The structure and thermal stability of insoluble sulfur sample were characterized by XRD and DSC technique.It's found that there are two type structures(S_(w1) and S_(w2))in insoluble sulfur sample and they are coexist in most cases.With more S_(w2) structure ratio,the sample shows a higher thermal stability.It can be concluded that promoting the ratio of S_(w2) structure in insoluble sulfur could improve its thermal stability.
