摘要 介绍了以炼油厂硫磺回收装置生产的普通硫磺为原料,采用低温常压、熔融聚合法生产不溶性硫磺的方法。确定了聚合工艺条件,即聚合温度260℃,聚合反应时间60min,淬冷液初始温度为常温。针对不溶性硫磺热稳定性差的原因,聚合过程中加入醇类热稳定剂D、萃取工序中加入X液态稳定剂,可有效提高产物中不溶性硫磺含量及提高热稳定率。选择N-3环烷基油经精制后作为不溶性硫磺的理想填充油。新工艺制备的不溶性硫磺经105℃,15min加热处理后,不溶性硫磺的热稳定率达到90%以上。 Method to produce insoluble sulfur using conventional sulfur obtained from sulfur recovery units in refineries and adopting low temperature liquid polymerization process at constant pressure was introduced. The optimum polymerization conditions determined by experiments were as follows : reaction temperature 260 ℃, reacting time 60 minutes and initial temperature of quenching medium at room temperature. The content and the stability of insoluble sulfur of the product could be improved by adding alcoholate (D) stabilizer in polymerization process and a liquid stabilizer (X) in extracting process. Via experiments,the hydrofining cycloalkyl oil (N- 3) was the ideal oil used to treat insoluble sulfur. The results showed that the stabilizing performance of IS - HS product which had been treated with stabilizer reached over 90% at 105 ℃ for 15 minutes.
