摘要
目的 分析人性化护理对小儿糖尿病预后的影响。方法 选取2020年1月—2022年7月漳州市医院收治的糖尿病患儿122例,以随机数表法分为两组,各61例。开展常规护理干预的为对照组,开展人性化护理的为研究组。比较两组患儿在护理前后的血糖水平、患儿家属对于糖尿病健康知识的掌握评分,评价患儿对于护理干预的依从性、患儿及其家属对于护理的满意度。结果 护理后,两组血糖水平较护理前下降,研究组比对照组下降程度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患儿家属对糖尿病相关知识掌握评分较护理前提升,研究组比对照组提升程度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿对护理干预的依从性的优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组经护理后患儿及其家属对于护理的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在小儿糖尿病中开展人性化护理干预,可以显著降低患儿的血糖水平,提高患儿家属对于糖尿病健康知识的掌握程度,提升患儿对于护理的依从性、满意率,效果理想。
Objective To analyze the effect of humanized nursing on the prognosis of children with diabetes.Methods A total of 122 children with diabetes admitted to Zhangzhou Hospital from January 2020 to July 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,each with 61 cases.Carry out routine nursing intervention as the control group,and carry out humanized nursing as the study group.The blood glucose levels of the two groups of children before and after nursing were compared,and the scores of the children’s family members’ mastery of diabetes health knowledge were compared.To evaluate the compliance of children with nursing interventions and the satisfaction of children and their families with nursing.Results After nursing,the levels of blood glucose indexes in the two groups decreased compared with those before nursing,and the degree of decrease in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the score of diabetes-related knowledge mastery was improved compared with that before nursing,and the improvement in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The children in the study group had a higher excellent rate compliance with nursing intervention than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the children and their families in the study group had higher satisfaction with nursing than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In children with diabetes mellitus,the nursing intervention measures of humanized nursing can significantly reduce the blood glucose level of children,which can improve the family members’ mastery of diabetes health knowledge,improve the children’s compliance with nursing,and improve the satisfaction rate,and the effect is ideal.
