摘要
目的 探讨超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与血脂检验在糖尿病新发患者中的应用价值。方法 选取2020年10月—2021年10月利津县中心医院收治的54例糖尿病新发患者作为观察组,同时间内选取54名健康体检者作为对照组,研究对象均接受常规生化检验。比较两组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、血脂、hs-CRP。结果观察组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖指标均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组hs-CRP、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(CHO)显著高于对照组,高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血糖水平与hs-CRP、LDL、TG、CHO呈负相关(r=-0.524,P=0.014;r=-0.356,P<0.05;r=-0.511,P<0.05;r=-0.207,P<0.05),血糖与HDL呈正相关(r=0.887,P<0.001)。结论 在糖尿病新发患者中应用hs-CRP与血脂检验,减轻了患者生理及心理压力,临床价值突出。
Objective To investigate the application value of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and blood lipid testing in new-onset diabetes patients.Methods A total of 54 newly diagnosed patients with diabetes admitted to Lijin County Central Hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the observation group.At the same time,54 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.All research subjects received routine biochemical tests.The glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose,blood lipids and hs-CRP were compared between the two groups.Results The indexes of glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the hs-CRP,low density lipoprotein(LDL),triacylglycerol(TG) and total cholesterol(CHO) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The level of high-density lipoprotein(HDL) was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose level was negatively correlated with hs-CRP,LDL,TG,CHO(r=-0.524,P=0.014;r=-0.356,P<0.05;r=-0.511,P<0.05;r=-0.207,P<0.05;r=-0.511,P<0.001).Blood glucose was positively correlated with HDL(r=0.887,P<0.001).Conclusion The application of hs-CRP and blood lipid test in newly diagnosed patients with diabetes can reduce the physical and psychological pressure of patients,and its clinical value is outstanding.
