带式输送机穿风门防风流逆流装置应用

摘要 为保证通风系统密闭性,提高风流调节效率,改善掘进工作面供风质量,以带式输送机直接穿风门墙工艺取代传统刮板输送机穿风门墙工艺,并在风门墙洞口增设防风流逆流装置。经现场实践证明,带式输送机穿风门防风流逆流装置应用减少1个固定岗位和相关维修岗位,带式输送机在同等条件下消耗功率占刮板输送机20%~30%。 In order to ensure the tightness of the ventilation system,improve the air flow regulation efficiency and improve the air supply quality of the driving working face,the belt conveyor through the air door wall technology is used to replace the traditional scraper conveyor through the air door wall technology,and an anti-wind current countercurrent device is added at the entrance of the air door wall.It has been proved by field practice that the application of the windproof countercurrent device of the belt conveyor air door reduces one fixed post and related maintenance posts,and the power consumption of the belt conveyor accounts for 20%-30%of the scraper conveyor under the same conditions.
