摘要
丹皮酚是从牡丹、芍药等植物中提取出来的一种天然有机物,分子结构中含有甲氧基、酚羟基、乙酰基等多个活性位点,形成了其结构修饰的依据。以丹皮酚为先导物可合成席夫碱型衍生物、NO供体型衍生物、阿魏酸丹皮酚酯、查尔酮等活性物质。综述丹皮酚及其衍生物的合成,为丹皮酚衍生物的开发利用提供理论依据。
Paeonol is a kind of natural organic compounds extracted from plants such as peony and peony.Its molecular structure contains many active sites such as methoxy,phenolic hydroxyl and acetyl groups,which forms the basis for its structural modification.The active substances such as Schiff base derivatives,NO donor derivatives,paeonol ferulic ester and chalcone can be synthesized with paeonol as the lead.The synthesis of paeonol and its derivatives was reviewed to provide theoretical basis for the development and utilization of paeonol derivatives.
