摘要
建立了气相色谱/质谱联用分析肉豆蔻衣油挥发性成分的方法,共定性了59个化合物,主要成分为肉豆蔻醚(56.73%)、黄樟素(8.36%)、4-烯丙基丁香酚(4.04%)、异丁香酚(3.94%)、丁香酚甲醚(3.08%)、榄香素(2.71%)、4-萜烯醇(2.49%)、α-松油醇(1.97%)、棕榈酸乙酯(1.74%)、间伞花烃(1.55%)、α-松油烯(1.35%)、顺式-水合桧烯(1.11%)等,并对其安全性进行了阐述。为肉豆蔻衣油的开发、调香应用和质量监控提供了依据。
The volatile constituents in oil of Arillus Myristicae were identified by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). With the MS library search, 59 compounds were confirmed by using retention index. The main constituents includ- ed myristicin (56.73%), safrole (8.36%), 4-allylsyringol (4.04%), isoeugenol (3.94%), methyl eugenol (3. 080%), eleml- cin (2.71 % ), terpinen-4-ol (2.49 % ), a-terpineol ( 1.97 % ), ethyl hexadecanoate ( 1.74 % ), m-cymene ( 1.55 % ), -terpinene ( 1.35 % ) and cis-sabinene hydrate ( 1.11% ). The research provided technological supports for exploitation and quality control of oil of Arillus Myristicae.
