摘要
长三角一体化发展战略为安徽全域城市化水平的提升搭建了新的平台。“亳州市+阜阳市”整合在一起形成的“亳阜团”,在扩大合肥城市圈影响力并将安徽省北部区域与中原城市群整合在一起过程中扮演着重要角色。“亳阜团”通过淮南市融入合肥城市圈,在进一步完善过程中需要加强“涡太利”组团的建设,并使其在亳州市、阜阳市与淮南市之间扮演纽带角色。无论是完善“亳阜团”还是完善县级子城市团,都需要在构建城市链和微中心方面做文章,亳州市、阜阳市与淮南市建立联系通道的方案也需要进行前瞻性思考。不同层级的中心地通过城市链连接在一起,微中心基于发展基础较好的乡镇中心地建立起来,在县级中心地间扮演纽带角色。
Yangtze river delta integration development strategy sets up a new platform for for the ascension of global urbanization level in Anhui province. “Bozhou city+Fuyang city” integrates together to form the “Bo-Fu” urban group, which will play an important role in the process of expanding the influence for Hefei urban circle and in the process of integrating the northern area of Anhui province and the central plains urban agglomeration. Bo-Fu urban group integrates with Hefei city through Huainan city, in the process of further improvement, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of “Guo-Tai-Li” urban group, letting it function as the linkage role among Bozhou city, Fuyang city and Huainan city. Either improving “Bo-Fu” urban group or Improving county-grade child urban group, constructing urban chain and micro center are all necessary, the alternatives for constructing connecting channel between Bozhou-Fuyang and Huainan should be considered forehand. Centers with different level is linked together through urban chain, micro centers is developed based on the development of town-level centers with opportunity conditions and good foundations, playing link role between county-level centers.
