摘要
"许平漯"城市团是中原城市群的重要组成部分,它托许昌市、平顶山市、漯河市等中心地以促进豫中南地区城镇化水平的提升。"鹤壁市—三门峡市—驻马店市"围成的曲边三角形区域是中原城市群的主体,许昌市是将"许平漯"城市团与郑州市整合在一起的重要节点。"许平漯"城市团在发展过程中,要坚持"分步+分片"原则有秩序地逐步推进,将襄城县作为"许平漯"城市团的中心,将"襄城县—茨沟乡—山店头乡—麦岭镇"四边形作为襄城县的中心,在"郑许链"上要将"新郑市+长葛市"作为节点中心地进行强化。在县域行政单元内,需要在县级中心地之外构建次级中心,与县级中心地高效互动,在推动县级城镇团城镇化水平提升的同时,行政区划边界处的城镇化水平也得到提升。
＂Xu-Ping-Luo＂urban agglomeration is an important part of the Central Plains city group,which can promote the urbanization in mi-south region of Henan province based on three neighboring cities of Xuchang,Pingdingshan and Luohe. The edge-curved triangle area enclosed by the cities of Hebi,Sanmenxia and Zhumadian is the main body of the Central Plains Metropolis. Xuchang is an important node that integrates the urban group of Xu Ping Luo with Zhengzhou City. In the course of its development,the ＂Xu Ping Luo＂urban agglomeration should adhere to the principle of ＂step by step and part by part＂and gradually promote it in an orderly manner. Xiangcheng County will be regarded as the center of ＂Xu Ping Luo＂and the quadrangle enclosed by Xiangcheng County,Cigou town,Shandiantou town and Mailing town will be the center of Xiangcheng county.In the ＂Xu-Zheng＂city chain,＂Xinzheng city plus Changge city＂should be strengthened as a node center. In the administration at the county level,it is necessary to construct sub-centers outside the county-level centers,which interact with the county-level centers efficiently. While promoting the urbanization of county-level urban agglomerations,the level of urbanization at the border of administrative divisions is also obtained.
