摘要
针对超高压泵承压件的开裂问题,对承压件的组成、疲劳裂纹产生和扩展的机理进行了分析,通过循环载荷特性分析及影响疲劳寿命的主要因素研究,得出影响承压件的疲劳寿命的两大因素为疲劳强度和承压件内壁受到的交变应力的结论,并进一步提出解决承压件开裂问题及提高寿命的两个关键技术途径为提高材料的疲劳强度和降低承压件内壁的应力水平。对采用改进设计的承压件的超高压泵在280 MPa压力下进行寿命考核试验,承压件寿命从50 h左右提高到250 h以上,提高了4倍。试验结果验证了提高承压件寿命的理论和方法的有效性。该方法可以在类似的超高压设备的设计中得到应用。
For the cracking failure problem of pressure parts of ultra-high pressure pump,the composition of pressure parts,the mechanism of fatigue crack generation and propagation were analyzed.Through the analysis of cyclic load characteristics and the study of main factors affecting fatigue life,it is concluded that the fatigue strength and the alternating stress on the inner wall of pressure parts are the two main factors influencing the fatigue life of pressure parts,and the solution is further proposed.The two key ways to solve the cracking problem of pressure parts and improve the service life are to improve the fatigue strength of materials and reduce the stress level of the inner wall of pressure parts.The life test of the ultra-high pressure pump with the improved bearing parts was carried out under 280 MPa pressure,and the life of the pressure parts increased from about 50 hours to more than 250 hours,an increase by 4 times.The test results verified the validity of the theory and method proposed by the author to improve the life of pressure parts.This method can be used in the design of similar ultra-high pressure equipment.
