摘要
以Berliner的教师专业化发展阶段论为基础,从整合、实施、研究、创新、理解5个能力维度出发,细分不同发展阶段的高职教师专业化教学行为表征变量,建立了高职教师专业化发展评价指标体系量规表,提出了基于教师专业化发展动力衰减系数和教学行为表征度量乘数的专业化发展动力微分方程模型,为高职教师专业化发展评价体系研究开辟了新的视角。
Based on the stages of teacher professional development in Berliner,with a focus on five dimensions of integration,implementation,research,innovation and understanding,classifies teachers'professional teaching behavior variables at different stages of development,establishes Evaluation System of teacher,puts forward a dynamic differential equation model of professional development based on the dynamic attenuation coefficient of teachers'professional development,and the measurement multiplier of teaching behavior,which give a new perspective for the evaluation system of professional development of higher vocational teachers.
