摘要
考察高校港澳台学生的适应性情况是港澳台学生教育管理质量的重要指标,可为高校港澳台学生的教育管理完善提供基础性数据支持。该研究采用问卷调查的方式,将港澳台学生与内地(大陆)学生两个样本进行差异比较并建立结构方程模型对比,结果表明:(1)港澳台学生总体适应感低于内地(大陆)学生,学业适应性低于内地(大陆)学生,职业适应性与内地(大陆)学生无显著差异;(2)总体适应与职业适应、学业适应及学生教育管理质量感知显著相关,港澳台学生的总体适应与职业适应相关度最高,内地(大陆)学生的总体适应与学业适应相关度最高;(3)学业基础、学习动机与支持体系对学业适应有显著预测作用,职业发展动机与支持体系对职业适应具有显著的预测作用,但各因素的预测作用在港澳台学生及内地(大陆)学生中存在差异。
As an important indicator of the higher education management quality, the adaptability of Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan students in colleges can provide basic data support for improving the management of these students.This study examined the differences of adaptability between Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan students and Mainland students by structural equation model(SEM). The results indicated that:(1) The overall adaptability of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students is lower than that of Mainland students. The academic adaptability of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students is lower than that of mainland students. But there is no significant difference in occupational adaptability between these two groups of students;(2) The overall adaptability of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students has the strongest correlation with occupational adaptability, and the overall adaptability of Mainland students has the strongest correlation with academic adaptability;(3) Academic foundation, learning motivation and support system were significant predictors of academic adaptation. Career motivation and support system were significant predictors of occupational adaptability. However, the predictive effects of different factors are different between Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students and the mainland students.
