摘要
职业教育中高职教育是极其重要的一部分,它关联着社会经济的发展,高职院校担负着培养高素质技术技能型人才的重大使命。早在21世纪初,我国高职教育就得到了第一轮大发展,该次扩招也是职业教育面临的一大机遇,但伴随而来的是严峻的挑战。在此次高职扩招的背景下,由于扩招的生源结构有着较大的变化,加上招生制度和人才培养方面等的挑战,职业教育必须进行新的转变,根据面临的一系列挑战,做出相应的转变,才能使高职院校实现长远发展,培养出更多服务于社会经济的高质量技术技能型人才。
Higher vocational education is an extremely important part of vocational education, which is related to the development of social economy. Higher vocational colleges shoulder the important mission of training high-quality technical and skilled talents. The higher vocational education has got great development at the first time in China at the beginning of the 21 st century. This enrollment expansion is also a great opportunity for vocational education, but accompanied by severe challenges. There are great changes in the source structure of enrollment expansion at the background of the expansion of higher vocational education, and there are challenges in enrollment system and personnel training, so the vocational education must make new changes. It means that making corresponding changes according to a series of challenges so as to make the long-term development of higher vocational college and cultivate more highquality technical talented to serve the social economy.
