孔型参数和道次配置对矩形管成形的影响

摘要 为提升圆管冷弯成形中矩形管的尺寸精度,有效提升生产效率,结合工厂实际生产参数,针对尺寸为40 mm×27.5 mm×3 mm的SUS304不锈钢管建立了冷弯有限元模型,将仿真结果与试验结束进行了对比。在保持孔型不变的前提下,通过仿真分析了孔型参数和道次配置对成形结果的影响。结果表明,仿真结果与试验吻合度较高,验证了仿真模型的准确性。随着圆管壁厚的增加,角部欠充满更加明显;圆管管径的增加能够有效缓解角部欠充满状态,但管径过大会使角部出现过充满现象,角部内侧有出现损伤的可能;在满足咬入条件的情况下,道次数对成形结果影响较小,最终成形道次的变形量是影响成形结果的关键因素。 To improve the dimensional accuracy of the rectangular tube in circular tube cold rolling forming,and effectively improve the production efficiency,combined with the actual production parameters of the factory,a cold rolling finite element model of SUS304 stainless steel rectangular tube with the size of 40 mm×27.5 mm×3 mm was established,and the simulation results were compared with the test results.On the premise of keeping the pass shape unchanged,the influence of pass parameters and pass configuration on the forming result was analyzed by simulation.The results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the test results,which verifies the accuracy of simulation model.With the increase of the wall thickness of circular tube,the under-filling of corner becomes more obvious.The increase of the tube diameter of circular tube can effectively alleviate the under-filling state of the corner,but if the tube diameter is too large,the over-filling phenomenon occurs in the corner,and the inner corner may be damaged.When the bite condition is satisfied,the pass number has little influence on the forming result,and the deformation of the final forming pass is the key factor affecting the forming result.
