空心工字钢回弹的模拟分析

摘要 空心工字钢是一种新型断面型材,具有优良的截面性能和高稳定性。针对空心工字钢型材卸载后回弹量计算不准确问题,采用显式动力学弹塑性有限元法对空心工字钢冷弯成型过程进行了模拟计算,利用显式分析的结果,采用隐式静力学有限元法分析了后续的回弹,最大回弹量为5.2 mm。详细介绍了计算步骤,并提出了防止回弹的方法,分析结果对于加工空心工字钢和提高产品质量具有现实的指导意义。 Hollow I-beam is a new kind of cross-section profiled steel, which has good performance in the cross-section and the degree of stability is very high. The elastic-plastic cold roll forming process of hollow I-beam was simulated by using explicit dynamic FEM. Then, according to the explicit result, by using implicit FEM, spring-back process was analyzed, and the maximum spring-back value was 5.2 mm. The calculation steps are introduced in detail, and the method of preventing spring-back is proposed. The analysis results have directing value to the production and improvement of product quality of hollow I-beam.
