摘要
传统农村地籍调查采用的出图方式无法实现成图建库一体化,不仅增加了从成图到建库工作的时间和人力成本,还易产生前后数据不一致情况。为此,基于广东省房地一体农村宅基地确权登记发证项目需求,研发了房地一体成图建库一站式平台,实现双向驱动的建库成图同步开展。实践证明,该软件快速实现了一站式数据建库并高效生成相关报表,有效促进了农村宅基地确权登记发证项目顺利开展,并极大地提高了成图建库工作效率及数据质量。
Because the mapping method used in traditional rural cadastral survey can not realize the integrated mapping and database building,which not only increases the time and labor cost from mapping to database building,but also easily leads to inconsistencies in the data before and after.Therefore,based on the needs of Guangdong Province real estate integration rural homestead right confirmation,registration and certifica-tion project,we developed a one-stop platform for real estate integrated mapping and database building to realize the synchronous development of two-way driven database building and mapping.Practice has proved that the software can quickly realize one-stop data database building,effi-ciently generate relevant reports,effectively promote the smooth implementation of rural homestead right confirmation,registration and certifica-tion project,and greatly improve the efficiency and data quality of mapping and database building.
