摘要
以我国珠宝类专业的人才培养体系创新发展为例,从办学理念、学科交叉、思政教育、培养方案、产教融合、国际视野、以及学历教育与职业教育融合发展等多维度阐述人才培养体系的构建与成果;阐述在新时代背景下,提出贯彻“入主流、强特色、谋跨越”的新发展理念,构建新的教育发展格局的具体举措。
Taking the innovative development of the talent training system of jewelry major in China as an example,this paper expounds the construction and achievements of the talent training system from the aspects of school running concept,interdisciplinary,ideological and political education,training scheme,integration of industry and education,international vision,and the integrated development of academic education and vocational education.In the context of the new era,this paper puts forward specific measures to implement the new development concept of“entering the mainstream,strengthening characteristics and seeking leaps”and constructs a new pattern of educational development.
