摘要
以中国珠宝教育三十年的发展历史为研究对象,以珠宝教育的发展时序为研究线索,以标志性的发展事件为研究依据,采用多方聆听亲历者讲述,结合文献与事件的考证,力求真实地还原中国珠宝教育过往的三十年历史。并在此基础上,提出了中国珠宝教育经历的三个主要发展阶段,即:社会通力共建的开创期,机构承担教育功能的成型期,构建专业学科的成熟期,并详细地论述了各个阶段的文化背景、发生环境、组织参与和重要成就。与此同时,就每个阶段人才需求、培养方式、教学内容、组织形式等的变化动因进行了具体分析。最后对进入发展期的中国珠宝教育所面临的五个方面的挑战做出了具体的阐述。
After thirty years of rapid development, modern jewelry education in China, from scratch, from small scale to large scale, from short-term training to higher education, has basically completed the construction of cross disciplinary education system. Meanwhile, from the concept of education, such as educational theories, teaching methods and other sub- ject fields, a number of successful cases are worth reviewing. Especially, contemporary jew- elry education integrates traditional Chinese culture and combines modern eastern and west- ern jewelry culture, which is of great significance to promote contemporary Chinese jewelry culture progress and industrial development. Recording the history makes us do not forget the hardships and bear the historical merits of the blazers in mind. Recalling the history helps us to understand the laws of education in order to play the social function of education. Reviewing the history helps us focus on the future, seize the opportunity and face challenges. This paper is about the three decades of develop history in Chinese jewelry education and the research clue is the chronology of development history. The iconic events in the jewelry education development history are basic for the study. By adopting multi-listening and wit- ness about the events, combining with literature and textual researches of events, the paper strives to restore the true history of Chinese jewelry education over the past thirty years. On this basis, the article reviews the Chinese jewelry education through the course of thirty years, and sums up three main stages of development. First is pioneering stage when socialforce from different fields worked together. Second is developing period when institutions undertake the educational function. Third is mature stage when professional disciplines con- structed.
