摘要
本文探究了拉伸工艺对PETG热收缩膜弹性模量的影响.研究表明:随着横向拉伸倍率的提高,PETG热收缩膜的横向弹性模量有所提高,伴随着纵向弹性模量有一定程度的下降;纵向拉伸倍率的提高,PETG热收缩膜的横向弹性模量变化不大,纵向弹性模量提高;提高横向拉伸温度和定型温度,PETG热收缩膜的横向弹性模量变化不大,纵向弹性模量有小幅度提高。
In this paper, the effect of the stretching process on the elastic modulus of PETG heat shrinkable film is explored. The results show that with the increase of the lateral tensile magnification, the transverse elastic modulus of PETG heat shrinkable film is improved, accompanied by a certain degree of decline in the longitudinal modulus of elasticity. The longitudinal tensile magnification is improved, the transverse elastic modulus of PETG heat shrinkable film does not change much, and the longitudinal modulus of elasticity is improved. By increasing the lateral tensile temperature and shaping temperature, the transverse elastic modulus of PETG heat shrinkable film does not change much, and the longitudinal modulus of elasticity is slightly improved.
