摘要
LVS实木复合材料是以意杨LVL单板层积材为芯板材料,MDF(中密度纤维板)为表板材料,两者经涂胶、组坯、冷压压制而成。介绍了LVS结构设计与生产工艺,并对LVS和LVL的弹性模量进行动态测试与分析比较。结果表明:LVL的纵横向弹性模量比值为14.3,远大于LVS的1.9,表明LVS相对于LVL更趋近于各向同性,其抗变形性优于LVL。此外,LVS在装饰和涂刷等方面具有平整度高等优越性。LVS实木复合材料的广泛应用必将拓展意杨多层胶合板LVL和MDF的使用领域,可有效促进国内速生材的发展,具有良好的经济与社会效益。
LVS solid wood composite is made of LVL(populus deltoides)veneer laminate as the core material and MDF as the surface material.They are compounded by gluing,blanking,and cold pressing.The structural design and production process of LVS,as well as the dynamic test and analysis of the elastic modulus of LVS and LVL were introduced.The results showed that the ratio of longitudinal and transverse elastic modulus of LVL was 14.3,which is much larger than that of LVS,which indicates that LVS is more isotropic than LVL,and its deformation resistance is better than LVL.At the same time,it had the advantages of high flatness in decoration and painting.The application of LVS solid wood composites will be expanded by using LVL and MDF,which can effectively promote the development of fast-growing wood in China and have good economic and social benefits.
