摘要
目的观察三伏天穴位贴敷联合穴位注射治疗肺脾气虚证哮喘慢性持续期的临床疗效。方法将72例入组患者随机分为对照组及治疗组,每组36例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组给予西医常规治疗的同时,于三伏天给予穴位联合疗法(包括穴位贴敷及黄芪穴位注射),连续治疗3年。观察并比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、哮喘控制测试ACT评分、呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数及哮喘急性发作次数等。结果治疗后,治疗组中医证候总积分改善率优于对照组(P<0.01),2组患者ACT评分升高、FeNO及外周血嗜酸性粒细胞比例降低、哮喘急性发作次数减少且上述各项指标治疗组改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三伏天穴位联合疗法能有效减少肺脾气虚证慢性持续期哮喘患者的急性发作、改善其临床症状、提高哮喘控制水平,且安全价廉,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of acupoint application combined with acupoint injection during dog-days in treatment of chronic persistent asthma of patients with with lung spleen qi deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 72 patients with chronic persistent asthma were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were treated by conventional western medicine,on that basis,the patients in observation group were treated by acupoint application combined with Huangqi acupoint injection during dog-days,with a treatment course of 3 years for both groups.The TCM syndrome scores,ACT scores,FeNO,peripheral blood eosinophil count and the frequency of acute attacks before and after treatment were observed and compaed between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in observation group were superior to those in control group(P<0.01).The ACT scores in both groups were increased,however,the proportions of FeNO and eosinophils in peripheral blood as well as the frequency of acute attacks in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Moreover the improvement degree of above indexes in observation group was more significant than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupoint application combined with acupoint injection during dog-days can effectively decrease the times of acute attacks of patients with chronic persistent asthma complicated by lung spleen qi deficiency syndrome,and can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and the control levels for asthma,with safety and practicability.
